Vrsar Croatia Travel Vlog 2026 | Istrian Escape Part 2

Welcome to Part 2 of my Istrian Escape — Vrsar, Croatia. We begin in the Sculpture Park Dušan Džamonja, wandering through massive abstract forms set in pine forest and stone. From there, we stop at Orsera Campsite — not a full review, just a little look around — and enjoy a quiet lunch by the sea. Then we cross to the other side of Vrsar, near Hotel Pineta and the second campsite, where the town opens into its old stone streets and Adriatic viewpoints. Here I tell the story of Casanova’s secret visits to Vrsar, and we pass by the Montraker stone‑carving school — a place where the town’s sculptural tradition is still alive. We climb up the hill for the best view in town, cool off for a moment, and unexpectedly find the monument dedicated to Casanova himself. And to end the day, we head to the Lim Channel — one of Istria’s most dramatic landscapes — and take the drone up for a better view of the fjord‑like cliffs and emerald water. If you love slow travel, stone stories, sculpture, and Adriatic calm, this episode is for you. 🗺️ What’s inside this episode Sculpture Park Dušan Džamonja Orsera Campsite look & lunch Hotel Pineta viewpoint Casanova’s Vrsar story Montraker stone‑carving school Hilltop views & Casanova monument Lim Channel drone flight 🎵Music: Original instrumental created by me using AI tools. 🌊 About this series This is Part 2 of my Istrian Escape — exploring the towns, stories, and coastlines that make Istria completely different from Dalmatia.
