How GOOD would Lorelei from Pokemon Red/Blue be in Gen 2? || Pokemon Crystal

Lorelei was left out of Gen 2 while Bruno got promoted. But how many gym leaders and Elite Four members could Lorelei reasonably beat had she been in the game? Like & Subscribe for more runs! No other Pokemon in battle (HM Mules allowed outside of battle). 5. Timer STARTS when I select New Game, and ENDS when the Champion is defeated. 6. Required Battles are the battles that cannot be avoided without glitches 7.
