The scale explained in the video is directly related to the KEY corresponding to the outer row of the accordion: In the case of the instrument I use in the video (Key of C and G: C inner row / G outer row) the key of the scale is G. If your accordion is G and D, the key of the scale will be D. If your accordion is F and C, the key of the scale will be C. If your accordion is Ab and Eb, the key of the scale will be Eb.
