I played #SuperPaperMario back when it first came out on the #NintendoWii and having only played through The Thousand-Year Door at that time, I wasn't too surprised to see how different the game was. I was young, so I didn't have many expectations to subvert, but I knew I loved the game. I thought it was charming, with great characters. Replaying it as an adult, I'm able to appreciate it even more, but I now realize just how many things about it DIDN'T stick with me. There were key moments I remembered like the back of my hand, and then there were entire characters and locations that I just didn't remember at all.
