Farm Attack or Revenge? The Ken Baxter Story

An 83-year-old Mpumalanga farmer rode his quad bike into a strand of barbed wire strung across his own farm road, at exactly the height of his throat. He survived. Within days, WhatsApp voice notes claimed he had been murdered with a guerrilla technique from the Border War, and posts on X described an ambush by unknown attackers. The verified story is different, and in one important way it is worse. The suspects were 2 of his own workers. One reportedly confessed. TLU SA says this was a revenge attack rather than a farm attack. And the police released both men on a warning, with charges still not formulated almost 2 weeks later. In this video I separate the verified facts from the speculation, and I ask the question nobody online is asking: why a reported confession in a near-decapitation has still not produced a charge sheet.
