Amelia Achmad Yani is the third child of General TNI (Posthumous) Achmad Yani. In addition to recounting how her father became a victim of G30S/PKI or the 30 September 1965 Movement and Achmad Yani's love for the country, Amelia Achmad Yani also told how she represented her family in suing Presidential Instruction Number 2 of 2023, Presidential Decree Number 17 of 2022, and Presidential Decree Number 4 of 2023 regarding the state's recognition of 12 gross human rights violations, including the events of 1965-1966. However, Amelia Achmad Yani's judicial review was rejected by the Supreme Court on the grounds that the object of the petition was the authority of the State Administrative Court. Amelia Achmad Yani expressed several objections to Eddy Wijaya regarding Presidential Instruction Number 2 of 2023, Presidential Decree Number 17 of 2022, and Presidential Decree Number 4 of 2023. They appear to be apologizing to the PKI.
