The plaintiff runs a kids soccer team the defendant’s daughter played on the previous year. He says the defendants still have not paid him for some of the soccer events while she was playing and is suing them for that money. The defendants argue they didn’t want to purchase a warm-up suit for their daughter, and because of that the plaintiff started singling out their daughter.
