Marino Freschi, Professor Emeritus of German Literature at the University of Roma Tre, has written on eighteenth-century esotericism, as well as on Austrian and German-Jewish literature, with essays on Thomas Mann (Il Mulino), Hermann Hesse (Il Mulino), Kafka (Laterza), Vienna at the End of the Century (Editori Riuniti), and German Literature in Prague (Editori Riuniti), as well as on Joseph Roth (Liguori), and Goethe (Donzelli). He is the author of German Literature (Il Mulino), Germany 1933-1945: Internal Emigration in the Third Reich (Aragno Editore), Lessons in German Literature (Bonanno Editore), and The German Canon (Aragno Editore). He edits the journal "Cultura Tedesca" (Mimesis) and the eponymous series (Bonanno) and is a member of various editorial committees of European German studies journals. Adriano Ercolani has been studying the relationship between Western and Eastern cultures for over twenty years. He is a founder of the international Inner Peace movement, collaborates on the Tlon philosophical project, and regularly publishes articles and insights in numerous publications. His contributions include: L’Indiscreto, Linus, Linkiesta, Repubblica-XL, Singola, Nazione Indiana Minima&moralia, and Il Fatto Quotidiano. Rotondi, Booksellers since 1941.
