INGREDIENTS: (For 2 loaves in an English pudding mold) -3 Eggs -175 cc Corn Oil -250 g Brown Sugar -200 g Honey -1 Cup Tea (240 ml) -1/4 Cup Coffee (60 ml) -380 g 0000 Flour -10 g Baking Powder -1/2 Cup Walnuts (Optional) STEP BY STEP: *Preheat oven to 160° 1) Mix the wet ingredients. 2) Add the dry ingredients little by little. 3) Divide the mixture into 2 parts. 4) Oil and flour the pan.
