A whitetail fueled adventure
This was an epic adventure through some incredible valley systems in the heart of the South Island. There were three main aims on this trip: 1, to see a whitetail deer in the wild. 2, to see a Takahe in the wild and 3, to have a bloody great adventure. We certainly achieved our goals, whilst no animals hit the deck and our guns spent most of the trip slung over our shoulders, this was without a doubt a trip for the books. It had all the good elements of adventure, hardship, reward, lows and highs and even misadventure. I hope you enjoy us taking you along for 5 days in the backcountry armed tramping. @hunterselement @orsonoutdoors @intentsoutdoors8045
