Backpacking and Summiting Pfeifferhorn Peak Utah

We hiked the Pfeifferhorn summit near Salt Lake City, Utah. This backpacking adventure started in Little Cottonwood Canyon where we followed the trail to red pine lake to spend the night before the big summit!. Summiting at sunrise offered the most amazing view of the Wasatch front and surrounding peaks. Don't be fooled..this is one of the most technical and strenuous hikes we have completed so far.
