Getting Better… | ASCASO Steel Duo Plus

Back with another workflow on the Ascaso Steel Duo Plus ☕️ I’ve been using it daily for a few days now, dialing in the 19 Grams Coffee Roasters beans and trying to build consistency. Extraction? Pretty solid. Steaming? Still a challenge. The shorter steam wand and 3-hole tip feel very different from what I’m used to, and getting that silky milk texture consistently is not as easy as I thought. I’m aiming for a classic 1:2 ratio (18g in / 36g out) and focusing now on repeatability and milk texture control.
