To consider any reports from the Cabinet and Committees to Council (2) The Revised Essex Coast Recreational Avoidance and Mitigation Strategy (RAMS) To consider the report of Cabinet providing an update on the review of the Essex Coast Recreational Disturbance Avoidance Mitigation Strategy and seeking approval of the final Strategy.
