LUMPUR CAKE RECIPE | @chefvindextengker7589 Ingredients: 250 g Potatoes 40 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk 120 g Granulated Sugar 2 medium-sized eggs 125 ml Medium Coconut Milk 30 ml Melted Margarine 20 ml Barco Coconut Oil 100 g Medium Protein Flour 25 g Cornstarch 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder Garnish: 30 g Grated Cheddar Cheese Raisins, for topping Methods: 1. Cut the potatoes into pieces and steam them until soft. Let cool. 2. Blend the potatoes, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, eggs, coconut milk, margarine, and Barco Coconut Oil until well combined. 3. Sift the flour and cornstarch, then add the salt and vanilla powder. 4. Mix the wet mixture with the flour and cornstarch mixture, stirring until smooth and lump-free. 5. Heat the mold, grease with margarine, then pour in the mixture. Cover and cook for about 3–4 minutes, sprinkle raisins on top of each cake, then cover again. 6. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until cooked through and the bottom is browned. Top with grated cheese.
