The abandoned train line going from Hussainiwala of India to Kasur in Pakistan gave me an idea of how close I was to the Indo-Pak border without verifying on Google Maps. Ferozepur (Firozpur), the land of martyrs, is truly one in that sense. The land where Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad, and Rajguru were cremated, the land which belongs to the 21 sikh soldiers who fought bravely against the Afghan tribesmen; Ferozepur in Punjab is that land.
