6 Terrible Business Strategies I Learned from Fyre Festival

As an event planner and a business person, seeing the way decisions were made at Fyre Festival was fascinating, and I tried to come out of that viewing experience not just joyfully pleased that they had their comeuppance, but with some understanding of the ways that I (and other people I've seen) have made similar mistakes (though not, like, all at once), and where those mistakes came from. Basically, I'm hoping there are lessons to be learned here!
