🚜 GOAL: GET READY FOR RAPESEED! 🌼🔥 New day, new challenges! With the barley harvest now complete and the rapeseed still not quite ready, every hour needs to be optimized. Between equipment maintenance, unexpected issues in the workshop, and another day of spreading, there's no time to be idle. On today's agenda: ✅ Complete oil change on a tractor before the next field operations ✅ Minor setback with the wrong filter part numbers… off to the dealership! ✅ Preparing the two Bergmann spreaders to resume work ✅ Training the seasonal worker on how to operate the equipment ✅ Adjusting the spreader for optimal distribution over 20 meters ✅ Spreading 17 hectares under the best conditions ✅ Preparing the machines to attempt the first hectares of rapeseed the very next day In the middle of the season, every day requires organization. A simple forgotten part can waste precious time, but you have to be able to adapt quickly so that the work progresses despite unforeseen circumstances. In this video, I also show you how we adjust the spreaders according to the type of product, why the first passes are essential to check the quality of the work, and how we support a seasonal worker during their first jobs with this equipment.
