6/10/26 Salmon Patties

This is something I cook when I don't really feel like cooking. De-boning the salmon is tedious but the end process is delicious. Here's the recipe i make them from. 2 large eggs beaten to blend 2 14.75 oz canned Salmon 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 2 tbs of dijon mustard or I use Ken's honey mustard 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil breadcrumbs as much as you need to form the patties Optional: chopped fresh dill, tbs lemon, 2 scallions thinly sliced De-Bone the salmon mix ingredients form the patties 2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil into frying pan. Cook until golden brown 3-4 minutes.
