Happy watching...enjoy...😊 📝 PEANUT SAUCE 200g potatoes, peeled, chopped, steamed, and mashed 150g roasted/fried peanuts, mashed 17 curly red chilies 10 hot chilies 5 cloves garlic 200g chili sauce 100g sweet soy sauce 70g brown sugar 1000ml water 3 kaffir lime leaves salt granulated sugar flavoring powdered pepper 📝 CILOK RECIPE 500g wheat flour 1200ml water 7 cloves garlic salt granulated sugar flavoring ground pepper 4 spring onions 4 tsp fried shallots 500 g tapioca flour (add gradually) Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth, until it can be shaped.
