This celebration is considered the longest and most filled with cultural manifestations of the Kayambi people. Celebration. This traditional festival, as it is known today, began more than two centuries ago and lasted eight weeks; hence the name of the festival, but for approximately twenty years now, it has lasted six weeks due to its magnitude.
