Chascomús, lo que se pesca se come!!!!!

We headed to Chascomús Lagoon eager to do some shore fishing, with the promise of eating our catch. Tincho, Nahuel, and Sergio went. Beforehand, we stopped at Carnadas El Bigua, located at Km 71 of Highway 2, where we caught some excellent black-backed mojarras, ranging from medium to large, perfect for baiting our hooks. Once at the lagoon, we looked for the area with the sheds, across from the town. We used casting rods with bottom rigs of two hooks, and also tried float rigs and some surface rigs. Unfortunately, there was no wind, which hampered the fishing. Cast after cast, we caught some nice silversides, as well as catfish and smallmouth bass. With a nice catch, I cleaned the fish, breaded them, and Tincho cooked them. Afterward, the four of us took a moment to have lunch and enjoy ourselves, knowing that we fulfilled our promise to eat what we catch! #passion #fishing #fishingline #silverside #peje #silversides #chascomus #fish
