Fighting a Sleep Attack at Work

I have Narcolepsy and Cataplexy. I work full time but it's a huge struggle. I decided to film myself while having a sleep attack so when i felt one coming on, I pressed record. I apologize there is no audio because I work for a medical facility. In this video I am experiencing a sleep attack. Everyone's differ slightly. Mine cause me to be unable to hold my head up, I will become disoriented, slow moving and zone out. I also become frustrated. If I could, I would fall asleep for a few minutes but I can't because i'm at work. Here I fall asleep for only a few seconds at a time and constantly fight it. I am working on something that should only take me five minutes and that I do on a daily basis but I'm struggling to remember words, steps and type coherently. Sometimes I can't even remember what I'm doing. During the Sleep Attack I forgot I was filming myself but when I did, I ended it. It lasted about five more minutes after this. Again, this is an example of what a Sleep Attack looks like when you fight it. In my case, I was born with the gene for Narcolepsy and Cataplexy and I've had sleep attacks for 22 years. I have to work full time. I am trying to avoid going on disability. But this is a pretty miserable life. I had three sleep attacks that day.
