Gollum Waterfall ( Black River Georges)

Our adventure to Gollum Cascade, located in the Black River Gorges, began with a shortcut trail leading us to a small river. After crossing it, we continued through a steep descent that took us deep into the valley. At one point, we reached a wide and flat ground and lake where we were rewarded with scenic, panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, along with a distant glimpse of the majestic Gollum Cascade. To reach the waterfall itself, we had to carefully navigate across slippery rocks, which added a bit of thrill to the journey. Once there, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the cascade in full flow. The sound of the water and the serene atmosphere made the moment truly refreshing and peaceful. We sat quietly, taking it all in. The return journey proved more challenging, as we had to climb back up through varying and rugged landscapes to reach our starting point.
