In this video, we'll take a detailed look at the phenomenon of the modern masculinity crisis. I'll discuss why modern men find themselves caught in a tight split between traditional expectations (to acquire resources and be strong) and new social roles (to be an empathic partner and an involved father). You'll learn why women today have it even easier in terms of self-realization, and how political advertising in Europe vividly exposes these double standards. And, as always, at the end of the lecture, I'll offer clear, practical (and quite unconventional!) advice: how a man can find his identity today, find a healthy balance between career and family, and why we all just need to... wait a little.
