NOVA & Gaba Corporation Japan Interview Process & Review Part 2

I'm sorry for the late update but YES!!!!! I got the job! I accepted NOVA's job offer for Kansai. They will not cover housing or transportation because I live in Japan. GABA seems like a great company too and is definitely more well known and heavily advertised here in Japan however the process to get hired is more lengthy and costly. I'm short on time and money and since NOVA was definitely more organized and moving significantly faster I choose this route. I will be leaving Tokyo within the next 2 months at the latest. Don't hesitate to call if your email goes unanswered don't fret, just call! Again English conversation/language schools are generally the fastes and easiest option if you're looking to obtain visa sponsorship. I often times hear and see foreigners complain about the pay ALL PAY IN JAPAN SUCKS. This is true even in other fields I have friends from Norway and Finland who have IT and office jobs and their pay is on par with mines! Good luck with you interview! Be brave speak slowly don't freak out! Ask questions if you don't understand. Smile and try to seem upbeat enthusiastic and well educated (try). Above all PLEASE dress professionally! It may be a Skype interview but they WILL judge you based off of your smile, appearance and clarity in your accent and explanation ability skills. Update: I decided NOT to work for either company. I accepted a better job offer than both NOVA and Gaba. I declined both companies offers and decided not to pursue either as I was offered a better position in Kansai. I am still moving to Kyoto but I will not be working at NOVA as originally planned. Please read the comments and watch the video to understand why and what happened.
