T'puram: Arch Bishop Dr. Soosa Pakiam said that the government made a huge lapse by not issuing the cyclone alert on time to the fisherfolk. He was inaugurating the march taken out by the fish workers to the Raj Bhavan demanding the rescue and recovery of all the people stranded in sea following the Cyclone Ockhi.
