Bhutan's FIRST FEMALE PILOT now Captain

Meet Ugyen Dema, In 2006 she became Bhutan's first female pilot when she joined DRUK AIR. In the video you see here, filmed earlier this year, of her flying the leg from Paro Bhutan to Kathmandu Nepal on the Airbus A319 she was a Senior First Officer and this week she became Bhutan's First Female Captain. Bhutan only has 2 female pilots with Sonar Lhamo also working for Druk Air.
