Nio has officially confirmed that its third-generation ES8 has reached a significant milestone, with the 120,000th vehicle delivered in Shanghai on June 22, 2026. Here are the key details regarding this achievement: Timeline: The 120,000th delivery was completed 275 days after the first deliveries of the third-generation ES8 began in late September 2025. This milestone comes just about a month after the model reached 110,000 deliveries on May 23, 2026. Strong Sales Momentum: The ES8 continues to be a dominant force in its segment: Consecutive sales leader: In May 2026, retail sales of the ES8 reached 11,472 units, making it the best-selling large SUV and the top-selling model in the 400,000 yuan (approx. $60,000) price class for the sixth consecutive month. Consistent performance: The model has exceeded 10,000 deliveries for seven consecutive months, with its strong performance contributing significantly to Nio's recent financial turnaround as a high-margin vehicle. Expanding the Lineup: To build on this momentum, Nio has announced it will open pre-orders for a new five-seat version of the ES8 on June 28, 2026.
