MW (Planeta Cómic, 2019) Osamu Tezuka

I always try to teach something with my videos. I try to ensure that my reviews contain a minimal educational component. In fact, at my age, I'm still learning. And I aim for the same: for people to learn something new with me. I hope I've achieved that. Thanks for being there. Are you interested in the comic "MW"? I'll send you a purchase link at the best price (Amazon Spain). They're worth it. Guaranteed: https://amzn.to/48stj8r The first thing that caught my attention about "MW" is its short, two-consonant title, enigmatic alongside its cover, where we meet its evil protagonist. And, the second is that the master Osamu Tezuka continues to surprise me to this day, this time with a volume like this, due to the theme, the plot, and the way he approaches them, almost without any holds barred, although there are some and we have to understand it within the logic of putting ourselves in his place, when it was published 50 years ago, in 1976. Hardcover comic, published by Planeta Cómic in 2019, which brings together the 26 chapters that made up the story at the time, in a fantastic 580-page comprehensive volume, in which we will see the most brutal Tezuka. Critical, as he himself confesses in the prologue, against violence, betrayal, sheepishness, lust, political corruption, starvation and laziness, and discontented for not having been able to express everything he wanted with this comic. What Tezuka didn't know, perhaps not at the time, is that his readers did understand him, and we saw what he really meant, and he wasn't wrong. He managed to convey it. Why, where, when, and how to read it? All those questions won't be answered in this video, but it's great to put it here... After all, nobody reads the descriptions... Or do they? #comic #comics #opinion #review #planetacomic #osamutezuka #manga #mw Timestamps: 00:00 MW: The Darkest Tezuka... 10:00 I think I'm leaving... Subscribe!!
