Parallel session 1 (Day 2): Psychosocial risks and mental health in the digital world of work

On 3 and 4 December 2025, the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) held the Healthy Workplaces Summit in Bilbao, Spain, as the closing event of the #EUhealthyworkplaces campaign ‘Safe and healthy work in the digital age’ (2023-2025). The Summit brought together over 400 occupational safety and health professionals, policymakers, social partners and members of EU-OSHA’s Focal Point network to examine the impact of AI, automation and data-driven systems on the safety and health of Europe’s workers.
