Welcome to Graceful Aging Ballet! ✨ I’m Huan. I found my way to ballet at age 54 after a knee replacement. Ballet helped me with recovery, rebuilt my leg strength, sharpened my mind, and became a huge part of my lifestyle. In the summer of 2025, I turned my living room into a dance studio and started having private pointe classes at home, gradually building up to 1.5-hour classes twice a week. I learnt so much about ballet, and I’m sharing the classes here. I hope you will join me, and we will age gracefully together! Today we’re brewing the *Twilight Amethyst Potion* — a gentle 24-minute beginner pointe barre class with timeless elegance and graceful strength. This 24-minute condensed version is extracted from the full 48-minute class. It’s perfect for those who already know the combinations and want to focus on specific exercises. It’s time-efficient and ideal for quicker daily practice or when you’re short on time. The full follow-along 48-minute version gives you the complete real-time class experience — just like being in the studio with us. You’ll get a solid, full workout while learning each combination thoroughly. It’s a great exercise for both body and mind!
