The carpet is our island. 15 minutes of gentle movements that will create a ballet-like body and never leave your feet. Sitting, lying on your back, and lying on your side, we gently work the entire body from neck to toes. Ilya and Sol demonstrate two different bodies: a flexible female body and a more rigid male body. Feel free to use either of us as a reference. No sudden exertion—only relaxation and gentle toning. Our exercises are intended for a healthy and fit person. If you have any medical conditions, past injuries, recent pregnancy, or lack of coordination, we do not recommend following our videos. Furthermore, we do not have any medical or fitness training. We are certified classical dance teachers. All exercises have been tested on ourselves, and we have not experienced any "dire" consequences. Channel sponsors have access to recordings of past live broadcasts.
