NBC Commercials - December 10th 1998 - SP Mode & HiFi Stereo

A digitized copy of a one of a kind VHS tape that contains footage from the December 10th 1998 NBC4/K-NBC broadcast, any commercials and bumpers that were apart of the tape have been kept. Due to the nature of the tape being a copy from a television broadcast, any artifacts such as dot crawl and ringing were baked into the tape. Digitized with a Panasonic AG-1980 S-VHS VCR, Cypress CDM-640 Frame TBC and Pinnacle 510 USB capture card using VirtualDub 1.9 on Windows XP Also used Selur's Hybrid on Windows 10 to do restoration work such as cropping, denoising, sharpening and upscaling to 4K to avoid YouTube compression. Audio adjustments such as buzz removal and tremble boost were done in Audacity
