We all have come across a story in the print or digital medial of someone who is undergoing untold suffering due to clinical negligence. You may be watching this while contemplating instituting a formal complaint against a medical practitioner in Kenya or a hospital for the kind of care you or a family member received. This week we look at a recent ruling of the High Court of Kenya in the case of Joyce Mwonjiru Njuguna v Maurice Wambani & Another [2022]eKLR.
