This E-Bike conversion kit is great for upgrading an existing bike. The manual and instructions are good and the support good. There are also some good assembly guide YouTube videos, so instead I just cover in this video what are the tricky bits needing an extra bit of advice, based on my experience building my own bike (bought with my own money).
