Desperate Venezuelans are fighting to rescue loved ones trapped alive under the rubble of collapsed buildings after two powerful earthquakes that killed at least 164 people. Buildings cracked and crumbled, and residents fled into the streets after the earthquakes, which the U.S. Geological Survey measured at magnitudes of 7.2 and 7.5, struck northern Venezuela within a minute of each other.
