Tagudin (Ilocos Sur) Bypass Road Update as of April 2025

This is the current status of the Tagudin, Ilocos Sur Bypass Road as of April 5, 2025. This project started since June 14, 2023 and has been plagued by right-of-way issues. Recently, these right-of-way issues has been resolved and as of the moment, the new bypass road is now technically connected. However, two months after our first update, there has been no significant improvement of the project. We will be watching this and hope that the project will be completed soon. This bypass road is expected to cut travel time from Sudipen, La Union to Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur from 1 hour to just 15 to 20 minutes.
