Saturday 6th August 2022 Day 6. The final leg of the tour from Loch Lomond to Gretna Day on my Yamaha Tracer 9 GT. This is the final video rounding off an epic tour of Scotland including the NC500 with us travelling the final stretch from Loch Lomond and we were fortunate to have some more epic roads and great scenery to enjoy as we headed south through Ayrshire and Dumfriesshire to our final destination for the night at the Days Inn Hotel at Gretna Services. Fortunately Kev took the initiative and suggested we find a pub. So into a taxi we piled and got duly delivered to the Gretna Inn where we celebrated our achievement with a few well deserved pints to round off the day. I’m sad and relieved to be finishing of the videos of the tour, its been a mammoth task putting them together and i’m ready for a short break in proceedings.
