VOIVOD 'THE PROW' (ACOUSTIC COVER) - BY ERIC CAMPBELL

ANGEL RAT by VOIVOD is one of my favourite albums ever! Guitarist Denis D'Amour has a always been a hero of mine and he sadly passed away in 2005. He had probably the most unique guitar style ever and was never afraid to experiment. I did this version of 'The Prow' to honour his memory. I had to do a version that encompased all the musical elements within the song as the guitar and bass play very different parts! It's not easy to cover a Voivod song but I hope the band will approve!
