The Sarah Jane Adventures (60 Years Of Who) || Dog Days Are Over

Honestly I think this is my favourite video I've edited so far for my 60th series because The Sarah Jane Adventures was my introduction to Doctor Who, New & Classic alike. I was seven & I found this lovely show on the CBBC & I loved it, oh I loved it so much. I watched the first season over & over again until my parents got sick of it & decided it was time for me to watch Doctor Who. I will always look back on this show with the fondest of memories, it is my comfort show, it made me a Whovian. I loved Sarah Jane Smith. She was so cool, mysterious & brilliant. I would say a lot of this edit is mainly filled with clips from series 1 because of it's importance to me & because Maria Jackson was always my favourite of the kids, followed very closely by the fantastic & hilarious Clyde Langer! I still remember how emotional my family got when the Bridgadier showed up, the excitment of the Tenth & Eleventh Doctors episodes & of course, the morning my mum came to tell me that Elisabeth Sladen had died. Her impact will never be forgotten, Sarah Jane Smith was the companion my mum grew up with & The Sarah Jane Adventures was what I grew up with, Sarah Jane Smith & Elisabeth Sladen is so important to so many Whovians & I dedicate this edit to her memory.
