Originally, I was extremely skinny, 173 cm tall and weighing 56 kg. I lacked self-confidence, and started weight training because I wanted to gain confidence and be popular with girls. As my body changed, my appearance improved, I gained confidence, and became more positive internally. Then, from age 20 to 24, I worked as a police officer. However, realizing that I only have one life, I wanted to do something I truly wanted to do, and I transitioned to becoming a personal trainer, wanting to guide people like myself. After that, I worked for a private personal training gym for two years, then became independent and am currently working as a personal trainer in Minami-Aoyama, supported by many clients.
