Many of these accidents involved drivers found with "zombie cigarette cartridges" in their vehicles. Doctors have warned that overdosing can lead to uncontrollable limb movements, respiratory and cardiac failure, and in severe cases, death. Furthermore, while the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act completely bans e-cigarettes, it only penalizes users, not possession.
