I came from a small country in East Africa called Eritrea where women aren't usually seen outside of their traditional gender role. I never wanted to fit the traditional role. I believe that taking care of my physical health positively affects my mental & spiritual well being. And vice versa. I believe that strong girls are beautiful. What started as a hobby, grew into a passion, now is my way of life.
