I used half the amount of sugar. You can add 100 grams of sugar in a 100-gram ratio, or like I did, 100 grams of sugar in a 50-gram ratio. Ingredients for each color of candy: 200 grams of cooked white sweet potato 100 grams of sugar Vanilla extract 4 tablespoons of water Food coloring Wax paper Powdered sugar
