Mais hakselen door Maas Markelo met New Holland FR700 en 2 Fendt 826 Vario's (2016)

Loonbedrijf Maas Markelo 's middags aan het mais hakselen met een New Holland FR700 en 10-rij maisbek. Na eerder 's ochtends hun andere FR700 op film te hebben gezet, ben ik daarna 's middags deze gevolgd. Hun New Holland FR700 is vanaf dit jaar voorzien van het ActiveLoc systeem, bij dit systeem wordt snijlengte automatisch aangepast, binnen een vooraf ingestelde minimum en maximum lengte, aan het vochtgehalte van het gewas voor een betere hakselkwaliteit. Na eerst wat beelden vanaf het veld gemaakt te hebben stap ik halverwege de video bij op de hakselaar om de laatste paar vrachten vanuit de cabine te filmen, hierbij ook een blik op het display waarbij mooi te zien is hoe constant het vochtgehalte gemeten wordt en in het vakje daarboven de constant variërende snijlengte. Naast de hakselaar 2 prachtige Fendt 826 Vario's met Schuitemaker Siwa 720 silagewagens. Aan het einde van de video zien we hoe de maisbek weer gereed gemaakt wordt voor transport waarna de FR700 en Fendt 826 Vario weer vertrekken. After having filmed their other FR700 earlier that morning, I then followed this one that afternoon. From this year on their New Holland FR700 is equipped with the ActiveLoc system, with this system the cutting length is automaticly adjusted, within a by the operator pre-set minimum and maximum length, depending on the moisture content of the crop, improving the silage quality. About halfway in the video I get in the cab of the chopper after having made some footage from on the field, from the cab I film the last few loads being chopped and also have a look on the display where we can see the constant measurement of the moisture content (the display is in Dutch, but look at the upper left of the display : "vochtgehalte") and in the box above that the constantly varying cutting lenght (in Dutch : "snijlengte" also in the upper left of the display). Alongside the chopper 2 beautiful Fendt 826 Vario's with Schuitemaker Siwa 720 silagetrailers. At the of the video we see the maize header being prepared for transport again after which the FR700 and Fendt 826 Vario leave the field. 15 september 2016
