After a year in the countryside, I finally feel like my mind has begun to calm down. During this past year, I have been inspired by everything that has brought me peace: the fields, the quiet mornings, the golden sunsets, the sound of the wind, and the simple life around me. Little by little, I tried to turn all of that into music with my banjo. This time, there are no lyrics. No singing. No words. I think that when something inside you begins to heal, sometimes there is nothing left to explain. So, I tried to express this feeling only through music. As many of you know, being a highly sensitive person can feel like a constant search for peace, for silence, and for a place where your soul can finally breathe. I found that refuge in the countryside. And today, I feel grateful. Grateful to life, to nature, and to the universe for giving me the chance to heal.
