UNGA 2024 HLM on AMR and beyond: Bringing voices and perspectives of LMICs into dialogue-side-event

On 25 September, Quadripartite Joint Secretariat (QJS) on AMR and International Centre for Antimicrobial Resistance Solutions (ICARS) organized a side-event “UNGA 2024 High-level Meeting on AMR and beyond: Bringing the voices and perspectives of the Low-and middle-income countries into the global dialogue” at the UNGA HLM in New York. The event focused on amplifying the voices of low- and middle-income countries and vulnerable communities most affected by AMR during and beyond the High-level meeting in implementing AMR National Action Plans and highlighted the experiences in implementing multi-sectoral National Action Plans through a One Health approach.
