In Operation Crime and Justice, a member of the violent Venezuelan gang now operating in Tennessee is charged in connection with a human trafficking operation in Chattanooga. Earlier this month, the TBI warned of the growing TDA gang in Tennessee's major cities. After this arrest, FOX 17 News started digging into the impact that this has on Nashville. The man arrested in Chattanooga is Adelvis Rodriguez-Carmona. He's a known member of Tren de Aragua, a gang with a history of violent crimes. He has a violent past in Chicago and New York City.
