Waking Shore

I wrote Waking Shore on a drizzly morning, when the world outside seemed to be awakening from a collective dream. The rain-soaked streets were empty, save for the distant hum of a city coming to life. As I sat with my eyes closed, the sounds of the city slowly coalesced into a gentle melody, a soft ebb and flow that seemed to mirror the rhythm of my own heartbeat. This track is a capture of that moment – a quiet, contemplative atmosphere that wraps itself around you like a warm blanket. It's the feeling of being the first to rise, to step out into the dawn, and breathe in the promise of a new day. Waking Shore belongs to the early hours, when the world is still waking up, and the air is filled with the sweet scent of possibility. It's a moment of quiet reflection, when the city is still and the only sound is the gentle lapping of the waves against the shore. In this music, I've woven together lush synth pads that evoke the soft, misty light of dawn, deep pulsing sub-bass that mirrors the steady beat of the heart, human and soft synth plucks that dance like the waves themselves. As the track unfolds, the textures breathe and shift, like the morning light slowly creeping over the horizon.
