The Raiders' Road Forest Drive is a stunning 10-mile, unpaved gravel route winding through Dumfries and Galloway's Galloway Forest Park. Key Details for Your Visit:Location: The route links the A712 (Queen's Way) between Newton Stewart and New Galloway in the west, to the A762 just north of Mossdale village in the east.Vehicle Access: Open to motorized vehicles from April until the end of October. It operates as a two-way gravel track, so you'll need to drive slowly and utilize passing places.Cost: There is a £3 charge for cars, payable by card or RingGo.
